Daisy and Tallulah is built on my passion for all things vintage and homemade! Based in the heart of England, I sell vintage and hand crafted gifts and homewares online at eBay and Etsy but can also bring my 'pop up shop' to your event, market or fair.

My, how time has flown!

Oh dear, it has been so long since I logged into my blog.....

I WILL get round to updating it properly very soon but, in the meantime, you can find my most frequent updates and news - plus a list of forthcoming events - on our Facebook page

We also have a fancy new webpage: www.daisyandtallulah.wix.com/vintage

Just to clarify, we are no longer at 36 Francis Street, Leicester. Check out our eBay and Facebook pages for items for sale and details of our pop up shops and travelling tea parties!

Spring Update

Well, 2014 is flying by! Have been too busy to blog of late - do stop by my Facebook or Twitter page for more frequent updates.....

Daisy & Tallulah's mini shop is still located at 36 Francis Street, Leicester within The Vintage China Boutique and business is going well.

I have been on the road with my travelling tea parties, providing high tea for a lovely lady's 100th birthday and catering for a local Wedding & Craft Fair, plus I have a WWII themed community tea party coming up in May......

My pop up tea room!

Summer is on the horizon, so I am taking my vintage and homemade goodies to sell at several local vintage and craft fairs.....

I will also have a stall at Whetstone St Peter's Primary School's Victorian Fair on Sunday 15th June 2-4pm. It's part of their 150th anniversary celebrations - and it's my old school!

D&TV @ The Vintage China Boutique

So, big news for 2014 - Caroline at The Vintage China Boutique has kindly allowed me to rent the rear area of her fabulous shop at 36 Francis Street, LE2 2BD part of the Stoneygate shopping area, just outside Leicester city centre which is home to lots of independent small businesses.

I now have a lovely big space to display my vintage homewares, kitchenalia, small pieces of furniture and accessories plus my handmade creations. Plus I will be using part of it as a workspace so I have somewhere to be creative without the distractions of home!

I will be looking after the shop two afternoons a week - I will next be there this Friday, so do pop in and say "Hello" if you are in the area.

Here are some pics I took today of the space including the fantastic vintage shop counter/display cabinet I found on my travels last week. I love it!
